The OT Aerialist’s mission is to educate all that are interested in mastering their actions or movements through a meaningful way, especially through the works of aerial arts. But who is the OT Aerialist?

The Background
The OT aerialist has been a professional aerialist for over a decade and has performed all over the country including these well known capitals: Phoenix, Las Vegas, Atlanta, New York City & Orlando. Before she began her aerial career, she fueled and gained her performance ability from joining her high school’s marching band color guard team in Gilbert, AZ. Because of this group she was able to obtain the experience of marching in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in 2004. Later she joined the Academy Drum & Bugle Corp in 2006 & 2008, and received a world championship title and ring for the 2006 Division II show.
The Road
These experiences enticed her to begin coaching performing arts as soon as she graduated in 2007. Her love of performing grew and soon spilled over into the aerial arts realm. By improving her students strength in mind, body & spirit, she experienced the feeling of allowing others to achieve similar accomplishments. This ignited a new passion.
The Destination
Her passion for obtaining more knowledge about the mind, body & spirit has lead her to becoming an Occupational Therapy Practitioner. Currently a Sensory Processing Specialist in the Orlando, FL area. She enjoys working with all ages and teaching ways to help master meaningful movements. She continues to coach aerials with her new found knowledge and sees the potential in combining the two worlds of OT and aerials.
Combining two worlds of health and art
